Car parking in Donegal town

Anyone know a safe place to park a car in Donegal town if heading away for a few days or can pay in advance for one of the car parks?

won't be appreciated.
there's an online app for parking in the main town car parks.
there's a few spots you can park free. gasworks/old credit union being one.

Further to car parking and related. Are there any plans to locate the bus stop in front of the Abbey to a more suitable and civilized 21st century location?

If early in the morning, you can usually park outside the old post office - even for a couple of days, without causing offence.
On the bus stop, I think the current place outside the Abbey is fine, if only those parking and blocking the bus spots were deterred from doing so.
