Plex server on Vodafone ftth

I want to share my Plex server with a couple of siblings.

I have the Vodafone FTTH 1Gbps/100Mbps package.

Do you think Vodafone will have any problems with the amount of upload it will generate? I'm new to the world of fibre so not sure if I can just let her rip.

Do they allow you to port forward?

Port forwarding should be fine on Vodafone, they're still issuing public IPs as far as I know. But they do change the IP address every 24 hours by dropping the PPPoE session nightly, so dynamic DNS would be recommended unless you pay extra for a static IP.

You don't need a Static IP address for Plex as remote sessions can go through the Plex servers and they handle the forwarding to your server
