Not heading over this year, but fair sailing to everyone who is. I don't have fomo which is a strange feeling in itself.

Thanks lads, feeling like ass right now.

I was able to get rid of the two tickets early enough this morning on toutless thankfully. It would have been worse of I couldn't offload them.

Anyway, ye all enjoy the weekend and come back after with your reviews please.

For those who like some heavy prog noodling I'll recommend overhead the albatross at 2am on the salty dog on Saturday night!!

Not sure if that's the bunker he's wondering about.

Strange stage for Bog bodies, no risk whatsoever, I would have put them on a much larger stage and in the afternoon. Their unique sound would have pulled in punters walking past.

Does any know where the Stradbally inn is? Wouldn’t mind a few creamy pints!

Horrible! Can’t even stand up inside, why would you bother?

Highly recommend Overhead the Albatross if you like your guitars loud! Great time and location for them, this would be top of my list if I was going!

Stradbally Inn is where the Heineken "craft" bar used to be. Against the Croi area along the line of food vendors.

Don't see him in the list of artists....

Its a bit crap that there are still stages that haven't announced their times yet. Freetown seems particularly bad. I think last year I didn't bother going because I never knew what was on. Even the EP App doesn't have it.

I do remember the App insisting there was a gig in Spike Island on Thursday evening and I managed to actually get there but the whole area was closed. Hopefully the info will be accurate this year, and timely.

I was in the same boat as a few Eco campers here in worrying if the campsite would be full before we arrived on Friday. I ended up getting the early bird just to pitch the tent then leave and come back on Friday.

Wouldn't camp in any of the other free campsites. Eco was a great setup and camping experience last year.

Yes thanks exactly what I'm talking about

Hi, great to read all the tips on this thread, thank you to all involved !

Now, looking for advice…….Myself & oh have tickets to Eco, but can’t get down until tomorrow. Should get there around 10-11ish (have a school drop-off….. may just slow down but not stop the car!😉 Desperate times & all that! 😂). Anyway, concerned that Eco campsite will be full by the time we get there. So, any tips of what the next best site would be? Someone mentioned Eriu but can’t see it on the map? What about the Poet’s campsite? Looking for the least chaotic option. Still really hoping we’ll get a spot in Eco, but want to figure out the best back-up plan. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Btw, I can’t understand why they wouldn’t give the Eco Campsite an over-flow site again! Surely, it’s in everyone’s best interest to have more people camping responsibly rather than what happens in the rest of the sites? Eco was spotless when I was leaving last year, the rest of the place was like a bomb hit it!

I paid no attention to the mention of this pub as I thought it was in Stradbally town. Good to know!
