Best pay as you go sim for someone visiting Ireland for 2 months?

As per title, what's the best sim in terms of price and coverage that doesn't require a 1 year contract or similar?

Their phone can take an esim if an esim is a good option.

I'd say for value 48, however I would check first that the coverage is good in the area they will be based, map here...
