Standing Order

Hi, I set up a standing order to a particular company in 2016. Is it possible for me to access the full details of how much I have paid through BoI? The company that I am dealing with are not being remotely helpful. I was in my local bank a few weeks ago and was told I would be unable to access the accounts. The only detail she could tell me was the date that it was set up.

Is BoI your bank or the bank of the recipient? Assuming it's your bank: BoI are unlikely to keep a record of how much you have paid for a given standing order. It's up to you to go through your bank statements and work that out.

If it's the recipient's bank, they absolutely will not give out that information. Go to your own bank and get your statements

You should be able to view the full details of the standing order in your BOI App. If you select payments - standing orders - select the account the standing order is coming from and you will be able to see the full breakdown of the standing order. You can also cancel the standing order in your App.
