I don't really understand it. It's so obvious and sad that it's become normalised.

It's like printing off a load of monopoly money and telling people you are rich

The lips are an absolute joke to be honest, but the girls that get them done think they look the business. Sorry girls but ye don't, ye just look silly

When a man dyes his hair it's as obvious as feck, problem is when they get older trying to ween themselves off it so they don't have jet black hair in their 80's. One major league so to speak TD in his 40's here has started with the jet black, it's going to end in tears.

Good botox you won't even notice. Bad lip filler is everywhere, unfortunately. And yes, the fake eyelashes that make everyone with them look like a Sindy doll from the 80s. Blame Instagram. People want to look like they've a filter on in real life. I think they look ridiculous too but like most trends, it'll pass as they grow out of it.

I love a bit of botox, doesn't completely get rid of the wrinkles just smoothes them out a bit. I get it on the forehead and for downturned mouth.

Fillers, not a fan to be honest. Now never say never if my lip volume drastically reduced I might try it once to get me back to where I was but that would be it.

Whilst there are some body changes I would like I'm relatively healthy and well a functioning healthy body so why alter it.

Botox, fillers, etc are common enough.

There's a real variety of people choosing to get these procedures done from stay at home mums, shop workers to Nurses, teachers.

You'd be surprised at some of the ones who have it done.

Cosmetic surgery became more affordable, more socially acceptable and procedures have improved significantly over the last few decades. It’s now possible for people who always wanted to get work done to do so, that they can actually feel as good as they look, and maintain their looks for longer than was previously possible with non-surgical cosmetics. Like non-surgical cosmetics though, surgical cosmetics requires maintenance and top-ups, but people can go for longer periods between procedures.

It is crazy seeing young good looking women get lip fillers and botox, no need whatsoever and they look worse after it. The lips sometimes look like the person just had an allergic reaction to a bee sting or something.
