Anyone use "wedge pillows" for reading in bed?

I'm actually concerned the effect neck bending against the headboard for extended periods may have on my cervical spine.
A good supportive pillow designed for sitting up in bed may alleviate that.

They actually don't look particularly comfortable? Maybe it's just the photos.
Have you ever seen a 'v pillow'? Might do the trick better.
