Collect JSA at different Post Office

Hi all I collect JSA at a certain post office in the North West however I’m down at my parents home for a week currently. Can I collect my JSA payment at a post office here or is it strictly my one at my usual home? Thanks

No you definitely can’t collect your Jobseekers at another PO.
If you are away from your home visiting your parents then you needed to inform your local SW before you went.
If you don’t collect your Jobseekers Allowance at your usual PO within 3 days of the day you normally collect it it will be returned to SW and your Jobseekers payment will be suspended until you explain to them why you weren’t available to collect it.
