Getting Volquartsen ruger Mk 4 pistol upper?

    Hi,


    I like the look of the Volquartsen LLV Competition Upper (seen it on a US site.


    the one for the Ruger Mk 4.


    Is there a distributer in the EU that I could try to get one of them?



    I presume getting it from the US would be a nightmare? (Im having enough trouble getting simple things like springs...)
    Presumable this being a complete upper that it is subject to the same requirements as a full firearm? (in other word nigh on impossible ...or would it be simpler than a complete firearm...


    An EU supplier would be better...


    Any advice?
