Which installer, hardware question

Hi, a bit of a random one. My folks had someone around to upgrade broadband and they don’t know who and there was damage done to property. The box looks like this, the line doesn’t seem to go into house anywhere. Just wondering is it virgin who they are with or someone other supplier so that I can follow up and get them…

Are there any labels on the box, perhaps on the non-visible side? It really could be any of the networks as they are all building out fibre at the minute.

Hi, not that I can see. I have put in a query with virgin who are their supplier and will go from there.
