Good morning BOI, can you advise on your position regarding mortgage drawdown in a situation where the purchaser can't get flood insurance. The flood risk assessment relates to once off event over 2 decades ago. Can a customer drawdown the mortgage or is there an exception process they can go through? In reality this area…

Good morning BOI, can you advise on your position regarding mortgage drawdown in a situation where the purchaser can't get flood insurance. The flood risk assessment relates to once off event over 2 decades ago. Can a customer drawdown the mortgage or is there an exception process they can go through? In reality this area has been misclassified and is not actually a flood risk area.
