JSA/Sign On Date

Hi everyone I have a sign on day tomorrow which coincides with a day that I collect my JSA. Can I collect my JSA and then go sign on or do I have to sign on first in the Intreo office before I can collect in the Post Office? Thanks

You'll have a time to sign at your Intero center, if not do it early,, you'll have all day to collect your Payment at your post office.

Hey did you receive a letter from the department about your sign on date? Or did you just sign on based on the date on your post office receipt? Thanks

Ignore the date on the post office slip
The only date that matters is the one you get in the post. I probably got it about 3 weeks in the post before the sign on date
