Recommend IBT Trainer/Driving School in Fingal/East Meath

I have decided to come back to two wheels after an extermely long absence, and when I had bikes in my youth I never progressed to a Full Licence, so I now have to do the IBT and pass the Test. I've passed the Theory Test and received my Learner Permit and now I'm looking for an IBT Course.

I live North County Dublin, close to Ashbourne in Co Meath, so a course in a radius of Swords- Dunshaughlin- Finglas would be the most convenient. Can anyone make a recommendation?

Update:

Did my IBT with Eric in mid-August. It went very well.

I'm now (April 2024), about to apply for my test, which due to the fact that I even have to queue up to get on the website, I will apply for by post.
