Over charged by eir

    I had a look at my historical eir BB/phone bills and looks like I have been over charged by at least €1000 over the last 3/4 years. I brought this to Eir's attention and they offered me a €400 compensation saying this is all they would offer because I did not bring the discrepancy to their attention until now. How do I find out what are my rights?
