Paying off mortage - what happens to deeds? (Ulsterbank)

Hi. I'm one payment from paying off my mortgage. It'll be paid early so no correspondence from bank yet. What happens to the deeds. As it's Ulsterbank (who are leaving Ireland) what happens to the deeds? I've tried my lawyer but as I work away, I'm having difficulty getting any response. Thanks

We just requested them and they were sent to us.

You need to contact your bank and request I think a settlement form that shows final balance owed and you sign for deeds to come back to you or nominate your solicitor think the fee is €30.

The loan likely transferred to PTSB, so I would write to their mortgage operations department seeking them.
