180-200k max budget so not really many options already but Just wondering what would be best place location, location, location ;) wise to buy a house as an investment (?)

Midlands or parts of west of ireland that are not touristy.

Do you mean to rent out? If so, I would suggest Portarlington, Dundalk, Enniscorthy or Wexford.

Yes, to rent out or as airbnb but also possibly to be able to sell easily without loss in a couple of years ;)

Dont buy a residential investment property.
Speak to an advisor to find a less risky investment with better returns.
