Natural Law in Irish Legislation

    Could anyone suggest some resources (case law, articles, videos, etc.) on unenumerated rights and the role of "natural law" in Irish legislation?


    For clarification, I was reading LEGAL POSITIVISM, NATURAL LAW AND THE CONSTITUTION by Oran Doyle and want to study more about unenumerated rights and natural law. In the article, Doyle says:

    "For approximately 30 years, the Irish courts engaged in a process of enumerating constitutional rights, often by reference to Natural Law theories. At times, this debate has adopted the jurisprudential language of Natural Law and legal positivism."
