Condensation. So I have a light on my vehicle with this in it. How would you get rid of it?

Would drilling a tiny hole at the bottom of the unit help or using a hair dryer on it? I have the sun shining right on it now as I thought that would help but its not and I do not see a way to take it off. I can but a picture of it up if that helps. Thanks in advance for any advice.

What make and model?
Have you used the headlights much recently? Try turning the lights on to burn it off. And is it condensation or water ingress?
