Mondeo mk4.5 intermittent ac issue

Hi guys mk4.5 1.6tdci. I've intermittent issue with the air con. Sometimes it blows ice cold other times not so much. It's been regassed and a new condenser fitted. It's been professionally checked for any leaks and there are none. Any ideas? Thanks

With it being intermittent and everything you have already checked/replaced it could be the AC relay on the way out, hard to say how much one could be, have seen anything from €25 to €100 depending on the vehicle manufacturer. Just clicks in/out like a fuse.
Here's the Mk4 fuse box, yours likely the same or similar, the relay is R3...
