Incapacitated child tax

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me, does anyone know anything about incapacitated child tax and what does it entail. My son suffers with vomiting and is being seen in crumlin and is also in the process of being assessed for asd. I am also his carer and receiving carers allowance.

I don't understand, my friend claimed it for her autistic child who isn't severe. But according to the link it seems you can't
