Hi there, I need your advice please. I am about to sign contracts in a day for a lovely 2 bed 2 bath at lansdowne valley apartments. But just realised there are 25 DCC homes adjacent to the building. Will this impact the price of the apartment, resale value of the apartment? Please help. Would it be safe to stay next to the block?
