glow worm boiler

I have a glow worm boiler and although my heating and hot water work fine it has started switching itself on and off although the heating doesnt come on when this happens, seems like an electrical fault to me, anybody know anybody that can look into it, I live in the Dublin 12 area

I have a Glow-worm 30kw non-condensing conventional boiler that came with the house when I bought it 7 years ago. Original installation in house when built around 2003 so going 20 years now and it's been rock solid, no problems. When I got it serviced last year the RGII was surprised at the 30kw size and thought less would have done but in general wasn't impressed with the make and advised if it ever caused any problems to replace rather than trying to fix. Hard to dump and pay big money for a new boiler when the existing one is meeting requirements so it will remain until it packs in.

I'm on my second glow worm boiler, first one was 8 years old, developed a few leaks over the years, in the end a few sensors went, some more leaks developed so wasn't worth putting the extra money into it at that age so replaced it with a new version. Both are combi boilers. I'm happy enough with them, wouldn't have gotten another one if i wasn't.
