Give notice after receiving eviction notice.

I wasn't served my eviction notice yet but landlord thinks they are moving back to Ireland early next year and will/might serve it in the next few weeks.

I'm currently just finished the planning permission stage for building our own home so it's highly unlikely to be anywhere near built by the time I have to move out.

I was offered a house from August so if the landlord gives me 180days notice, how much notice do I have to give them?

I don't want to give my notice incase they don't give me an eviction notice as realistically I should be moving into our own house around this time next year.

Be a champ and let landlord know your plans like house will be built by next June. You may be able to sort a common time frame to suit both of you.

once you receive the "notice of termination" from the LL, you can move out even the next day
