    It depends on the installer 😁

    Since it isn't complete, it's possible they can invoice you for the works after 1st May and this will be exempt from VAT

    It's slightly debatable though because the solar panels were installed before May 1st and technically what is being done now could be classed as regular electrical works

    I got my panels installed in April and the internal electrical work done this week. Just got the invoice for the work and there's no VAT on any of the work including the panels done before the 1st of May.
