Hi all - have a 1992 T4 that I've been working on, and its nearly ready for test. Just wondering if it needs to be re-classed as a vintage on the tax book first, before getting the test, to allow me to get the cert for two years? Van has been off the road for about 5 years, not officially, it needs to be put in to my name anyway so that will clear arrears.

It's a factory Westy camper if that makes any difference.

    Thanks
