Hi All, planning to move in Station walk, Newbridge, need feedback about the location from the perspective of near by schools (primary and secondary) and specially traveling to Great Canal Dock few days in week. Any information about anti social behavior in this area or in Newbridge and info/options on commuting to Dublin would be much appreciated.

I live there. It is a lovely estate, the houses are great, high ceilings some impression of loads of space. There is a good neighborhood watch in the estate, which can be a bit over zealous at time, people also club together to get discounts on things. There is no anti-social behaviour thusfar (touoch wood) I am living in Newbridge about 7 years(so know the town pretty well) There are a couple of estates close by that wouldnt be great, but living there a year now and they havent caused any problems. It is a 10 minute walk to the station for the Grand Canal train which is very regular in the mornings and evening(with connections if needed at Hazelhatch). That is the only option worth talking about, 60-65 minutes
