Duty and Tax from Turkey

Hi All, Looking at a watch on an auction site from a well reviewed seller but they're based in Turkey. Can anyone help me out with a total for duty and taxes that I'll be on the hook for if I win the auction ? Thanks.

+23% on the total price paid for the item including the shipping charge. There will also be an admin fee which varies considerably depending on who delivers the package.
