    So sad to hear this! Such a talented and lovely man. I have great memories of him playing in the quays and ti neachtain back in the day. He always started playing a certain song if he saw me or my brother walk in because he knew we would ask him to play it…

    i have fond memories of a jingle he wrote for an ad on Independent Radio Galway for O’Connor TV back in the late 70s 😆

    He will be very missed. The queues at O'Flaherty's were a testament to how many people loved his company. Rest In Peace.
