does anyone has a problem with Vodafone fiber?

having lost packets las few days issue here. tested network with 2 routers, one is Vodafone new router (dark with logo in centre), other Synology (may daily driver). to exclude router issues. both behiving same losing tons of packets. anyone having same?

Have you tried using a different cable between the router and ONT?

yes, for the last few years. utp cat 6.
apparently, ISP fixed the issue overnight this morning it's working correctly.

my bad, still dropping packages, and its not only for me, but for my neighbor asvel
