Requesting a property portfolio

    I've had a look on here and I don't seem to be able to get an answer; when requesting a portfolio for a property via landdirect.ie, does it include just the current owner, or does it also include the details of past owners?

    I think you mean a folio?

    I bought one, and I will look at it now for you.

    Page 1 = description of land

    Part (2) - ownership

    This lists just the current owners, in my case since 2001

    Part 3 - Burdens



    I suspect that other documents in the deeds might list the previous transactions and past owners?

    It’s only the recent owner since being put on landdirect.
