White powder on copper pipes

Hi Can anyone confirm for me what is going on in this situation (photo attached)? Its a hard water area so my uneducated understanding is mineral deposits on a section where maybe a drip leak was /is present? Thanks

Could be a tiny leak or possibly galvanic corrosion where the wrong olive was used(olive of a different alloy) used as the same thing is present on another fitting. Will eventually leak if it is galvanic corrosion but could be years or decades.
