    Hi All,

My mortgage was transferred from KBC in February and we've opened a new current account from which our monthly mortgage payment will come. We've filled out a new direct debit mandate form with the details of the new current account. Can this be dropped into any BOI branch or how would be the best way to supply this?

Also, when this form is sent to BOI, will the direct debit from our old KBC account automatically be stopped on BOI's side? We anticipate that our KBC account will be closed before our next mortgage payment is due to come out.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

You can send the Direct debit mandate form to the address below.

Mortgage Accounts Administration Unit, Bank of Ireland Mortgages, PO Box 13298, Dublin 18.

Attentively, you can visit any bank of Ireland branch and my colleague will forward the direct debit mandate form to our mortgage's team.

Yes, this will automatically cancel the previous direct debit with KBC.

    Thanks,

    Niamh.
