    Heading east to visit some graves in cloyne and now onto garryvoe with my niece and nephew mam and sister , just passed my grans old house in shanagarry, sad passing it, spent many a summer down this way in that house, haven't been back much since it was sold, it's too hard 😔.

    Finished training yesterday so have a day off today :):) Went to visit a couple of aviation museums, some Irish pubs although i really don’t know what constitutes an Irish pub around here. Now just wandering around an old historic town seeking a place to get a good Texan steak.

    After eating cheese. I always heard don’t eat cheese before bedtime but I did last night and I actually made it to the bed . And no weird dreams . You can ask the beautiful girl who visited .🙄

    I’ve had cheese on toast the last 2 nights and slept like a baby . A baby who kicks in their sleep, but who’s slept for 10 hours nonetheless.

    I’m such an over thinker it’s great. I get screwed up on the starters & mains cos I’m always overthinking and trying to be perfect

    pastry is great for that cos you HAVE to be perfect. If a recipe calls for 200g of flour and you use 210g, then it’s wrong, it’s prob f’d and won’t taste right.

    Im also big on numbers I’m good at juggling a handful in my head and all. I just feel at home doing desserts tbh

    Id never be a baker though the early mornings are not for me. Besides, pastry is more fun 😎

    @Autosport I hope you and Alfie are reunited soon . I’m sure his missing you as much . I have one of those sore throat’s that hurt your tonsils when you swallow. I can’t get my temperature right . If I put on the heat i’m roasting if I don’t I’m freezing. None of this started before I started actually going to bed !
