    hi,

    I own a 2019 ford focus 1.0 eco boost with 102,00km.

problems started suddenly about a week ago-i came to a stop on a roundabout one evening and when i tried to put car into 1st to take off it kept popping back out/ making crunching noises. got the car home by starting off in second gear. I rang local ford garage who said probably a linkage issue. no panic.

then over the weekend as i was driving up a steep incline i could feel the gear stick vibrate, then the revs started increasing and next minute i couldn't engage the clutch at all and i had to pull into side of the road, and a smell of burning.

tried to start the car- dash was like a Christmas tree, every warning came on- steering wheel malfunction, front camera not functioning etc

AA came, he couldn't get the car started at all. His report was-" revs but wouldn't moveSuspect clutch burnt outVehicle now won't start but starter motor is taking over 200amps on crankFurther investigation required Engine Oil Level Ok. Coolant Level Ok. -

any recommendations of where to take the car? or just go to ford?

    thank you
