What address do speeding tickets get sent to?

i think I may have been caught by a van a few weeks back but nothing to my home address where the car is registered.. however the address on my license is a very old one. Which address are fines sent to ?

In the case of a Go Safe van it's the registered owner of the vehicle who may or may not be the driver.

If a speed camera, it goes to where the car is registered.

If stopped, it goes to the address you've provided at the roadside.

It was a go safe speed van… nothing for 2 weeks at the registered address of the car so hopefully I am safe?
