Can software engineers working for a multi national company claim under Flat Rate Expense?

I am a full-time (not a contractor) software engineer working for a MNC and I've purchased everything (monitor, table, chair, keyboard, mouse, etc.) except the laptop for working from home and my employer didn't pay me for those. So, can I claim these expenses under Flat Rate Expenses?

Flat rate expenses are for specific employments as laid out in the link below. If your employment is on the list then you can claim the amount allocated to your employment.
