Although I think there was a handball so that should be looked at by Var. Stupid by Gabriel that tackle

I'd call that a dive, theatrical before the contact.

    Penalty given though.

That's a clear dive when he knew he miscontrolled it.

Simon Harris is monitoring the situation...

West Ham were being boo'd by their own fans about 5 mins ago. Now they are alive and chasing a quick double of goals.

Surely they're not gonna blow another two goal lead?!

Saka puts it wide, doing things the hard way are Arsenal.

Saka looked so nervous stepping up to that. Like a rabbit in the headlights.

Arsenal faking injuries has come back to haunt them.

Jesus goes down holding his face, because he chested the ball and even had to take off his boot for some reason. West Ham gain possession and score the equaliser.

Can't keep a clean sheet to save their lives. Even if they still shade this, they're not winning the league.

Arsenal a bit all over the place. They need a sub or two to come on and revitalise them.

Antonio was offside so it doesn't matter if he did.

    antonio really gotta score there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 15,939 ✭✭✭✭ctrl-alt-delete

The subs have not changed anything really.

West Ham more likely to win with a counter attack.

Whatever about Anfield and Liverpool, Today has just been unacceptable.

They haven't a hope against City, as much as I was hoping for Arsenal to win the title I think it is City's for sure now.

F**king Arsenal doing a Spurs and throwing this league away. Pressure is building and they're wilting.

They need to get their heads right because it'd be an absolute disaster if they drop points at Southampton next week.

I've said it most of the season.

    This Arsenal side isn't it.

They're not solid enough under proper scrutiny, and don't actually keep the ball well enough when they really need to.

    That was a whimper today.

A carbon copy game from Arsenal.

    2 up and playing well.

End up hanging on for a draw.

Bottlers - a term used in the past by a few posters towards Liverpool but one that is used now for Arsenal.

I think they have been playing great football at times but lack the experience of playing under such pressure that being chased by City brings.

It is a new situation for them but I wouldn't necessarily call them bottlers.

I think the pressure is now ramping up on them - and Arteta - and makes the run in all the more interesting.

Wow, another two goal lead blown. The pressure in the home straight is making Arsemnal crack. Newcastle under Keegan springs to mind.

Great chance to take control v City in ten days time though. The doubters can be silenced...

Couldn't believe the media asking was the league over a few months back when Arsenal were 8pts clear.

Thats it over now. City have this wrapped up now. They are on a roll.

Arsenal do also have to put up with the fact Man City only really have one traditional rival and that's geographic whereas Arsenal have 7 or 8 teams who will raise their game just because of their name. For West Ham losing to Arsenal is bad, losing to City is meh.
