Aylmer park naas. Feedback on the area?

Sale agreed on a house in aylmer park in naas. Very happy with the house and estate seems lovely. Well kept, kids out playing etc. However old post on here from 13 years ago comments on large volume of rental properties in aylmer park. Anyone know if this is still the case or have any feedback on the area for me? Thanks

We are in the estate a few years, it’s nice in fairness, you will be happy I’d say. Close to so many things. I wouldn’t even know how many houses are rented to be honest.
