Decent Breakfast in Galway City?

So, about to train it to Galway today, where’s good out of Ceannt Station? My usual’s only a bacon sambo, but I do want to sit & read the paper a bit. Any recommendations?

Ended up having to transport in Athlone, so Kilmartin's in the end (which I recommend if you find yourself having to burn dinos to Dublin) . Still, there's time enough to plan for Saturday morning...

Had "The Works" in Sophie's at The Dean.

The Good: lovely tasty feed & good portion size. 2 eggs, black & white pudding (not hard/slightly overcook which is v common), 2 v long sausages, 2 v nice streaky bacon, cubes potatoes with v small bit of fried onion. 2 slices of toast. Best breakfast I've had probably out of the places I've tried, all extremely tasty & good portions.

The bad: €14.95 and no tea/coffee included, €17.95 with tea.

Would I go back? Yes but only rarely due to the price.

Revive on Eyre street is my other favourite when I feel like splashing out on a gourmet breakfast

The Full Irish 2x bacon, 2x sausages, black &white pudding,

2x free range eggs, potato bread, soda Farrell served with choice of tea or Americano €13.50

Think the cut off is 10:30am though

Had brekkie in the Skeff recently - one of the best i have had. Good thick rashers, black/white pudding done perfectly, eggs perfect for dipping your toast (but not running all over the plate). Comes with a decent pot of tea or an coffee - an americano...any other type of coffee is charged as an extra, which our server neglected to tell us. Cost is €11.50
