Hell - there's one in California and one in Michigan where it can get down to -16°C in winter, so Hell might well freeze over.

There's also a Hell in the Cayman Islands. There's a Hell in the Netherlands and there's a Hell in northern Norway which can get down to -25°C in winter and be below freezing for almost half the year.
