Quick question, if buying an Unlocked phone from England would it be unlocked to Irish networks also?

Technically it should be unlocked for all networks worldwide if the network bands are supported

I seen some phones advertised as Unlocked to all Networks except Three UK?
Wonder whys that?

Possibly a stolen bill play phone. Usually though a block on ThreeUK would mean a block on ALL UK networks.
