Kilbride hiking routes

Now that the Kilbride army camp is open to the public, can anyone recommend a hiking route between Seefingan and Seahan that takes in the old army range. Would be great to see this part of Ireland finally.

I was there a couple of days ago, drove past the entrance for a quick hike up Seehan, but wasn't aware of this, so didn't pay attention to the camp.

Yes, I knew the camp is now being used to house asylum seekers, but I wouldn't think that necessarily means anybody can just stroll in and walk through it.
