Baxi Megaflo system pressure too low

Good morning, my daughter's gas boilers pressure is below 1bar and needs to be topped up but I can't see how to top the water pressure up. There are 2 black levers under the boiler and when I turn them there is no increase in the pressure, so I put them back to the position they were in. I've attached a photo of the hot press yet I cant see a filling loop anywhere in there.
