Problem setting time on Casio G-Shock GM2100

I've been trying to set the new summer-time on my Casio G-Shock which I bought in Feb 2022. I've tried YouTube and there are a number of videos specifically for my watch but it will not reset so that the analogue hands match the digital time! It's driving me mad!!! Am I missing something obvious or has anyone else experienced this problem?

hold down the adjust button until the display flashes

make sure it it set to London time and press mode to confirm

the next option that comes up should be selected to ‘ON’ using the Start button

exit by pressing Adjust bottom

it should be on the correct time now (hopefully)

That’s all my knowledge exhausted - sorry. I’ve 2 of that model and I haven’t had that problem.

I think the watch may be faulty. I've emailed the retailer asking about the guarantee, seeing as it's just over 1 year old.

The only other thing I can think off is to play around with the city time settings and see what happens.

I'll try. The man problem is that the 'digital time' is not matched by the hands of the watch

I got a response from the company I bought it off and it worked perfectly. My watch is back to normal!
