Working family payment renewal

Hey just wondering has anyone gone throught the renewal process lately? We did our renewal online on March 4th and nothing yet. Ours is up for renewal April 19th

Yes applied 27th he Dec, awarded 15th march, I would advise to ring them regularly, every time I rang them was told we are waiting for a document from you of which I knew nothing about, they said request should be on your welfare site , it never was., I would send document then they would ask for different document. Longest time I have waited for renewal. Circumstances unchanged.
