Cannot connect mobile phone to Amazon Echo Dot

    I attempted to set-up my Amazon echo dot.

    The app instructed me to connect to Amazon-XXX from my phone.

    I connected to Amazon-E1Q, but then i got a message that said i am connected to to Alexa but i have no internet access

    What do i do?
