Portable WI-FI in France

Hi all I’m travelling to France in September for a week - Mont-St-Michel area. The Airbnb I’m renting doesn’t have Wi-Fi 🙄. Does anyone know or have used some sort of portable Wi-Fi that I could look in to getting to bring with me? I know that I could use the hotspot on my iPhone to connect my iPad but sometimes I find it’s not reliable.

I have an unlocked 4G hotspot I bought in CEX for about 30 euros. Antime I go abroad, I get a PAYG SIM in the country Im going to, usually in the airport when I arrive, and put it into the Hotspot, and use that for my laptop/tablot/firestick etc.

Ive used this method successfully in:

UK, Morocco, China, Turkey, Poland, Canada, USA and Iceland.
