Meter box plastic degradation, replacement

hi all, need some quick advice. the exposed plastic of our meter box is UV degraded and brittle and the door just flew off in the wind, breaking the hinge parts on the box so the door hinge pins have no where to go... who's responsible for replacing the box in this case, ESBN perchance? 🤔

Householder is responsible.esbn will replace the door if box isn’t broken . Get a meter over box like this
