Virgin media and rockstar games not connecting

Not sure where to look anymore on this topic.

After trying every solution under the sun I could find, after hours of looking m, for some reason I cannot connect to rockstar games through virgin media Ireland. If I hotpot on my phone, there is no issue but mot through my home Internet with virgin.

Has anyone come across this and found a solution? It seems to be widespread but yet neither Virgin or rockstar seem to have a solution.

Any help would be appreciated
