Tough interview, depression, alcohol issues and thoughts of suicide.

Liked watching him play, and thought he’d go far, scary how badly it went wrong for him.

Had a quick Google but can’t see if he’s playing at all now?

Genuinely believed he'd be winning majors if he stayed on tour and committed. What a player. Won Q school on the first day then got to UK open final then vanished. Hes still young hopefully sorts himself out

Watched the interview today.

Would love to see him back but I don't know if he has a strong enough mentality.

Even listening to the interview he thinks when he returns he will enjoy instant success.

If it doesn't happen straight away for him, will he lose the head again?

Love him or hate him, darts needs characters like him and Corey is certainly a character.

I wish him well.

Hopefully, was a great character and looked like a serious prospect.

He’s tried to comeback a few times to no avail.

I’ve tried to see some of his recent results to gauge form but nothing really to go on

Was that the one where they were snowed in (or did Wade win that one)?

Hopefully he’s up for it but the lad has obviously had serious issues that affected his form and previous comebacks have petered out.

Supposedly he's not in great form, averaging mid 80s at the moment. Made a semi-final and a quarter-final in WDF sanctioned events in Australia.

Personally I don't want him back on the tour, his darting ability does not outweigh his multiple criminal convictions for me.

Are his convictions worse than Phil Taylor, Eric Bristow, Gerwen Price, Jelle Klassen, Ted Hankey, Chris Mason, ect ?

I know he had an arrest warrant out for him a few years ago but I could never find what he was wanted for. Not from a legit source anyway just rumors on forums

Wasn’t that for driving with no license?

However I seem to recollect that he was accused of assault a number of times and if he’s got visa issues trying to get into EU/UK that could be an indication of previous convictions

Wouldn't surprise me if it's assault or something, just can't find anything online. Whatever he done I'd still love to see him back anyway he's class player .

Surprised he's still with Mac elkin after what he said about him last year

He has 97 criminal charges against him. He wasn't convicted of all of them but he did serve jail time for breaking into an 83 year olds house and stealing $3,000 dollars from him. He also assaulted someone in a wheelchair and stole their wallet. It's all available online on the Australian Criminal Courts register.

It's worse than some of these but definitely not worse than Taylor, Eccles and Hankey.

I suppose there's an argument to be made that they 'served their time' etc and should be allowed continue their profession but I for one definitely wouldn't be supporting them.
